Design Management
During design management, an intensive review of all design documents is made to identify problems with coordination and errors and omissions, earlier is to be further refined to establish more detailed site and building developments plans. The consultant shall evaluate the pre-development design drawings and make recommendations for phased designs packages, to be released into corresponding tender documents bidden packages and their implementation schedule.
The proposed bid packages will be reviewed by client. The consultant shall make adjustment to those packages in accordance with the client recommendations at no additional coast or time and with the current revised master schedule.
Recommendations are then made related to construction feasibility, the availability of labor and materials, and the time required for procurement and construction.
